“I recently had to replace my main water shutoff. The administration were excellent and helped explain the process clearly and then actually did the process. The plumber that arrived was on time, kind, respectful, and professional. This was some top service. I paid my invoice on-site and I scrutinized the items and found everything was market value, accurate, and reasonable. I compared with an online search. “On Sunday morning we discovered there was no hot water running, so I thought the pilot light was out but upon further investigation we discovered a small pool of water had accumulated. My go-to was to call Reid at Striker, and to my surprise he answered ON A SUNDAY! Although his guys weren't able to come til Monday morning at 830 (on the dot) we were back in business by 10:30am that same day!! So very pleased with their prompt and professional service!!“
