I recently had to replace my main water shutoff. The administration were excellent and helped explain the process clearly and then actually did the process. The plumber that arrived was on time, kind, respectful, and professional. This was some top service. I paid my invoice on-site and I scrutinized the items and found everything was market value, accurate, and reasonable. I compared with an online search. Life is pretty expensive but All Pro has my trust they are reasonable, fair, and will do the best work. Thank you All Pro for a great first experience. Photo my shiny new shutoff and PRV.

Had to change out my water heater, and thought it was going to be a hassle to hire a plumber, as this was my first home and dealing with this sort of thing. This was the first time I had used All pro, but they gave a very good first impression. The office staff were courteous, and easy to work with. The plumber that came to do the work was great. I let him do his work, there was no fuss, and issues, no upselling on extra work, he was polite, told me what to expect with the new heater, and he made sure that the work area was left tidy as it was prior to the work. I was very impressed and the company will be my go to for future work.

$290 to switch an anode rod in a hot water tank and install a 2 way connection so pipe would not need to be cut and re-soldered in the future for anode rod replacement. Anode rod was supplied and tank was drained prior to technician arriving. This was a very easy job and technician was on site less then an hour. In summary, they got the job done but overcharged on time and parts. I’ll be looking elsewhere for future plumbing and heating needs. I have a bunch of heating work that needs to be done and unfortunately for them, they won’t be getting more of my business.
