“I would like to say that mainline has been purely professional. I had a leak outside my house. Not the best time to have that but got a hold of them and they got the city to shut off the main and they hooked up a heated hose from my neighbors. That said they would get to it early January. They were super to deal with from start to finish. The people they sent out were excellent and efficient. I now have water and the excavator guy said to touch base in the spring as they had to dig up the yard Did a great job of making my yard as good as they could at this time of year.
