On Sunday morning we discovered there was no hot water running, so I thought the pilot light was out but upon further investigation we discovered a small pool of water had accumulated. My go-to was to call Reid at Striker, and to my surprise he answered ON A SUNDAY! Although his guys weren't able to come til Monday morning at 830 (on the dot) we were back in business by 10:30am that same day!! So very pleased with their prompt and professional service!!
I had a water pipe leak and the company called me right back. Matthew came and was very friendly, efficient and explained everything he did. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely call the company any time I have plumbing problems. Thank you Matthew for being so good at what you do.
Similar experience to others here. Recieved a call well within the 48 hours promised. Repair occurred less than 48 hours after that. Courteous, concise, professional service and it didn't cost all that much. Highly recommend!
