All the staff were super friendly and understanding, they worked with me and my bird to try to make the visit as calm as possible even though he was in a lot of pain and very confused this was the best vet I've ever gone to and they didnt overcharge me even though I had to make an emergency appointment, definitely recommend for people with any kind of pet!
We have just moved to PG and didn’t have a vet yet when our large dog got unexpectedly very ill. We got in as an emergency without issue. The staff is amazing. Super kind. Very good at explaining what was happening and why. Prices were reasonable.
My dog was not feeling well and I was pretty worried about him. I talked to another vet and they were not helpful, then called Ospika after hours line, I was connected with a wonderful woman who heard my situation and provided amazing instructions on how I could better help my animal. These guys were amazing and even followed up in the morning. I highly recommend this vet of wonderful people.
