Universal Restoration Systems ltd.
“From start to finish, the entire team was outstanding. Sal was an exceptional manager who kept everything organized, communicated clearly, and made sure the project ran smoothly every step of the way.
A huge thank you to the carpenters Oleg, Joe, Merisa, Jules, and Brody. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly impressive. They were always respectful, hardworking, and took pride in their work.
Don, the painter, also did a fantastic job. The finished work looks beautiful, and the care and precision he put into every detail really shows.
Most importantly, my grandparents were absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. The team treated them with kindness, respect, and patience, which meant so much to our family. It’s rare to find a group of people who not only do excellent work but also make their clients feel so comfortable and well cared for.
We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Thank you all for a job very well done!
