“We had a unique situation of a rodent infestation in the ceiling of a new-to-us home. Finding someone both affordable and willing was a challenge, but after reaching out to countless different companies a friend suggested I try High Tech. As it turned out they were hands down the best company for us. We agreed that since this wasn’t as critical a job as say a flood or fire, I left it in their hands… a job to do when their time allowed, and trusting they wouldn’t leave me in the dust. Not only did the manager Randie remain in good communication throughout the entire waiting period, but they were also fairly quick with a rough estimate. Having to budget for other jobs, I definitely appreciated this. Once on site the job was slightly bigger than anticipated, but the staff did a FANTASTIC job, were quick and efficient, extremely clean AND the management team remained fair to their original quote. This is a company I would hire over and over again. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.“
