We recently installed new carpets in our condo. Donna was excellent to work with, has a great eye for detail, and is a champion to ensure you are getting value for money. Equally important, her installation team is top notch and doesn't stand for second best. Very easy to work with. Gary came to our home twice with samples. I had originally chosen vinyl plank, unfortunately floor leveling took that out of my price range. Gary graciously returned with carpet samples. New flooring was chosen and ordered. I also requested carpet removal less than 48 hours before the carpet was to be laid, and was accommodated, and not made to feel like this was a problem. I am very pleased with the results.
