We recently redid the runner on our staircase with FCI and couldn’t be happier with the result. It was no small feat given the age of the staircase and differing dimensions of the steps in some cases due to age of the wood. Donna went above and beyond to oversee the job to ensure a clean line and a fantastic final product. I’m so impressed with Donna’s commitment to client satisfaction - would not hesitate to recommend FCI to family and friends!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Donna from Floor Coverings International, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Donna guided us through the entire process. Beyond her technical expertise, Donna's communication skills and responsiveness were outstanding. Highly recommend.
