“I have never had acupuncture before and was only drawn to it as a possible option to relieve Tinnitus volume. I suddenly developed tinnitus in summer of 2020 and it has never gone away. A high pitched, constant shrill ring like you hear in war movies when a grenade goes off.Erryn was very friendly and inviting. She took plenty of time to discuss my issue, what I've done for treatment, and what I was looking for out of the session. She then explained to me what it was she did and had diagrams on the wall to help illustrate what she was explaining.The session was a new experience for me but not uncomfortable. Most of the needles I barely felt except for 1 or 2 that were a bit tender. But overall felt perfectly fine. The bed was heated which was nice and relaxing.I waited several days after my session to see if I had any response to the treatment as everyone is different. The first day and a half after the session my tinnitus volume spiked loudly. But by Saturday evening I felt there was a noticeable difference. And now almost a week later, I would say that the overall volume of the ringing has gone down some. During the day I would almost always hear the ringing underneath everyday noise, and now I don't even hear it sometimes. At night, which is usually the worst as it's quiet, the tone is much more tolerable. The pitch does fluctuate daily but overall I feel this treatment has actually improved my situation by overall reducing the volume of the ringing to a more manageable level.I'm pleased with the results and am relieved to know that if the ringing were to gradually increase in volume again I could go back and have more sessions to relieve the distress.Overall, I am happy with the results. Erryn was great at conversation, relaying what she was going to do, and putting me at ease. I may have to attend in the future for back issues. I recommend Erryn, if acupuncture therapy is something you are looking for.“

“Had my first RMT session for my extremely painful upper back/neck with Fiona and I was not only grateful that New West Wellness had an opening later in the evening, but also with how kind and calming Fiona’s energy was for me.
