“Raven absolutely killed it today. I called in hopes to get a last minute hair cut and I ended up having one of; if not the best haircut experience I've ever had in my life. Super talented, kind, and professional. Krystal brought me an amazing drink mid-cut and the front staff made me feel super welcome and even made me my own seriously good coffee to get me through the rest of my day. 10/10 on all fronts; they got a new customer for good! :D“

“I finally found a hair experience I have been looking for in Nanaimo. Becca listened and provided me the cut I wanted. She is an excellent stylist. Her advice for future transition treatments made sense and I will be back to have it done. The boutique vibe was calming. The hair washing station was the most comfortable I have ever experienced. The owners have put a lot of thought into the comfort of their clients as well as their staff and their area.

I have been to 3 salons since arriving in Nanaimo (none even come close) last summer and I know I will be happy here.

A few years ago I wanted to buy a wig while I attempted to overcome a condition I had since I was a child, a new chapter after recently going through grief. Thanks to everyone there (the owner, and the talented stylists), plus an array of really awesome wigs I started my journey to that. “My daughter has been seeing Kelly at Hair Tech Salon for the past year or two, and we have had nothing but positive experiences. My daughter is naturally very shy and doesn't usually feel comfortable with people she doesn't know well, so the fact that she specifically asks to go back to Kelly says a lot. She has very long, thick hair, and Kelly does an amazing job with it every single time.

I also recently had the opportunity to see Xylia for my own hair. I have long, curly hair that had become extremely difficult to manage, and I had never been to a stylist who specialized in curly hair before. The difference was incredible. Not only did Xylia give me a proper curly cut, but she also took the time to teach me how to style and care for my curls at home. The improvement in how my hair looks and feels has been huge, and I finally feel confident managing it myself.
