I just wanted to leave a quick review- I did not have my hair done here, but I did go in to purchase some hair products and needed advice. Both people that assisted me were very sweet and considerate given that I was asking for help with my "chemo" hair. Yes, the products are pricey, but I just tried my new shampoo and conditioner and it feels great! Thank you for being so kind to me ?

I see Jenn at KG Salon and being one of her clients has been hair changing. Jenn takes a ton of time to fully figure out what I want and she is super knowledgeable when making hair colour decisions. This most recent time the colour wasn't exactly what I hoped for so Jenn brought me back and redid my roots and colour for me as well as doing research to determine why my previous colour didn't adhere and buying me a specialised shampoo to prevent that from happening in the future. This was so far over and beyond what I expected. She gives me knowledge to take better care of my hair and I really feel like we are a team when making hair decisions. Probably the best hair salon in Nanaimo. I research the salon on both google and instagram and absolutely love my hair .Kathy &Simone tag teamed and they were awesome.I’ll be back for sure.
