“Eye lash extensionsThis woman is amazing! I wasn't too happy with my Hybrids, they were a bit much for me, and Flo said if I wasn't 100% happy to let her know. It was hard for me but I did let her know. She was magnificent! She encouraged me to be honest. She explained the process with me and I learned so much. I decided to have her remove few lashes to mellow it out for me. (I'm 59 and kind of new to this) I walked away so happy. I just love this woman. I love my lashes and will be going back! Thanks Flo!“

She's thoughtful about the language she uses around gender and styles. Her salon is bright at cheery and I never feel rushed or like just another appointment. I'm known to impulsively cut my own bangs and dye my own hair and I never feel judged in her chair! I always love my cuts AND my time spent in her chair! I get so many compliments on the style and I love that I don't have to work hard in the morning to feel cute! Scheduling and pricing is the easiest I've ever experienced! So grateful to have Dylan as my stylist!“

“The facility is beautiful. Got time for 2 with my partner. 90-minute full body relaxation massages with parrafin. I must say of all the many, many massages I've gotten from at least 20 different spas, This was the least satisying. I would call it an hour long upper back massage with a mini foot and hand massage. This was my first experience not filling out a new client form. My lower back/glutes are my problem spot, and they were never massaged. My partner had the same experience. Very little attention paid to arms and legs. No scalp massage. No face massage (not expected but often an added bell and whistle), partner even requested certain areas to be paid more attention to, but they were not. The music speaker sounded like it was blown and it was too loud and not relaxing, I imagine to drown out the sound of the salon and other employees who could be heard throughout. Worst, though, the parrafin was basically scalding hot. I've had parrafin before, and that was not my experience, but it was normalized by the staff despite being very painful.My masseuse kept insisting I move my hips over to the side which I told her made my spine feel out of alignment but she kept insisting despite stating it felt uncomfortable. Usually you spend some time on your front and some time on your back. We were on our bellies a good 80% of the time so of course our noses were stuffy. My lady just told me to lift my face up and without asking smeared peppermint oil under my nose insisting it would clear my sinuses. It did not what so ever, and I could have done without a cold tinyly upperlip to be honest.Looks nice. Salon seems good. Won't be back to the spa. I'm really disappointed that this was my partners first experience at the spa.“
