“It was my first time going to aura to get my hair done and it’s safe to say that I’ve never been happier with a stylist and results! My hair is very dark and has been dyed many many times, I reached out to stylist Kylee and sent her my inspo. Kylee did an amazing job and going over my wants, needs, and absolute no’s for this hair and even booked me in for a consultation and test strand to see what I could lift to! After that she had let me know it wouldn’t be exactly like the inspo I wanted but she was able to find something like I loved way more. During my appointment Kylee made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way and made sure I was always comfortable.

Erin, the certified hair practitioner explained each step of the process along the way, showing me realtime images of my scalp revealing all the imperfections. I learned a lot about hair, how it grows (or doesn't) and had a few Aha moments too. Once my scalp and hair treatments were finished (including a fabulous scalp massage, shampoo, conditioner and blow dry etc), I was shown the before and after pictures using a microscope on my scalp.
