“This place is a hidden gem. The stylists are so kind and knowledgeable. They take their time, actually listen to you, and then take care to explain what they’re going to do or what would work best for your hair!

Also, sidenote: when it came to washing my hair, Kana noticed I was wearing makeup and covered my eyes with a towel!! How nice? I usually get WATERBOARDED during my appointments, and I’m lucky if they give me a glance of concern. 😂

I got the Tokio treatment, and it was so nice. My hair feels so healthy! Kana also did a great job with my bangs. She was so kind and honest while also doing an amazing job. She continuously checked in with me throughout the appointment, which I really appreciated. She also only took off the dead ends and DID NOT cut a chunk of my hair off as a surprise, which, honestly, feels worth mentioning. 😂

She is so patient to answer any questions and takes extra care to make sure the result is what you wanted; she would confirm about small details here and there during the cut to match your preference and would also give professional advice whenever you requested for it. You can also tell she is a very knowledgeable and experienced stylist. I felt super secure and in good hands for the entire session. “Went in to have a haircut yesterday. The hairstylist put much heart into the task and addressed my need to add volume on the sides as I am always on video call. Thank you! The salon is tidy, spacious and accessible to all ages.

The hairstylist would clip the hair clips on his/her jacket and use them throughout the haircut session out of convenience. That would be fine if the jacket was worn only while working in the salon. Otherwise I hope the hairstylist can consider wearing an apron just for work. Just my two cents....“
