She's thoughtful about the language she uses around gender and styles. Her salon is bright at cheery and I never feel rushed or like just another appointment. I'm known to impulsively cut my own bangs and dye my own hair and I never feel judged in her chair! I always love my cuts AND my time spent in her chair! I get so many compliments on the style and I love that I don't have to work hard in the morning to feel cute! Scheduling and pricing is the easiest I've ever experienced! “Katrina has been doing my gel manis for about 6 months and she is amazing! She does a dry mani (files the polish off vs soak off) and I was worried at first because I had a bad nail tech somewhere else eventually file off so much of my nail bed that my fingers hurt and I had to wait a year to grow them out. Katrina's dry manis are excellent and my nails are still healthy. She takes the time to file off every rough bit on my fingers too so that I am less inclined to pick at them later : ) Her cuticle work is perfect, and polish and any nail art is precise and flawless. My nails always still look great after several weeks.“
