Theo went out of his way to help us from the moment we called about our heat pump. He quickly had Dan out to identify the issue and came back to complete the repair next day. I’m new to the area so was trying out a new salon and usually have a hard time finding someone who will put layers in my long hair (sigh) but she listened, added as many as I wanted to lighten up my hair, it’s exactly what I wanted and she absolutely killed it. The lash course was absolutely amazing, it’s something I’ve been thinking about for a while now not sure who to go to. I ended up jumping on the opportunity to take Valley Luxe Beauty’s lash course and I got to say, I loved every minute of it! Very informative, Courtney was really helpful and took her time to answer any questions and she would give a detailed response. Her salon in general is amazing, her staff are friendly and easy to gain connections with. I’ve been going there for 8 months now and probably won’t ever go anywhere else, my lashes are always gorgeous.
I had the best massage I have ever had with Lee at Aquaterrespa. I had so much tension in my shoulders and after my massage I swear they were lower by an inch. The spa is beautiful and the staff is friendly, I would highly recommend going!

Tattoo removal isn’t exactly a fun experience — you want it to be quick, effective, and with someone who makes the process as easy as possible. That’s exactly what I found with Natalee at Generations Laser. She’s positive, professional, and really adaptable to what you're ready for that day. Natalee uses the more advanced picoway tech which is a WAY better healing experience than the q laser which I had been treated with elsewhere which required external wound care.
My appointment was only about 20 minutes, and after just two sessions I’m already seeing great results.

In my experience, many companies don't give small jobs the same attention they do large contracts - that is never the case with this company. Large or small, everyone gets the same care and expertise. They have not only taken care of several small but essential electrical repairs, but even came rushing to help when a breaker went with a spark, to figure out what happened. Always upfront with costs and time estimates and on target.I feel confident in recommending their work, particularly to those who want to feel assured the work done is the best.

We chose vinyl plank and tile flooring from United Floors, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. We appreciated the consultations and advice from Justin as we worked through choosing our flooring. Justin provided excellent customer service. Adrian came to our home to do a site visit and discussed with us the installation and what to expect. Jeremy was the installer and did a fantastic job. The floors look fabulous. This is the second time that we have chosen United Floors and we highly recommend them.

We took the time to explore quotes with all the flooring companies in the area. I think under the new ownership, overall nufloors beats others in this area when it comes to flooring. They are friendly, helpful and flexible. Also I feel like we got a pretty good price on both the materials and labour. They also do their best to help work around unique requirements and timelines and try to help find solutions to related issues that come up during Reno's. So if you don't have the energy to shop around, I'd say NuFloors is a safe bet.
I’ve gone to my fair share of RMTs over the past couple years and decided to try somewhere new and had my best most beneficial massage yet. I went and saw Tanner at Dynamic and he definitely deserves 5 stars. He very effectively tended to all my concern areas I had mentioned but also areas I didn’t even realize needed relief. I really liked his technique, it was both therapeutic and relaxing. He knows his stuff. I’ll definitely be booking with him again next time and highly recommend him to anyone else.
Dr. Cockwill is a fabulous chiropractor. I have had treatments with him for 30+ years, my late Husband relied on him for years, and my late Mom made the trip from Victoria into her 90's as his treatment is superb.

July 2025 I have been treated by Dr Matthew Wong since Feb of this year. So grateful for his deep knowledge, sports and exercise training program and rehabilitation recovery steps that have moved me from a very high level of pain down to little or no pain and increase my nightly hours of much needed sleep.
