Shannon is an exceptional stylist and Her expertise and attention to details are truly remarkable. She is very professional, listens to what I need and definitely delivers. Her friendly personality made the whole experience enjoyable every single time. I have left other hair salons feeling pretty and all, but never have I ever left one feeling so taken care of like I did in my last experience at Roots.With a little baby, even though I so needed something to help my self-esteem, I would never have the time to spend hours in a hair salon to get my dream color (I have LOTS of hair in this head lol).Tana tried to convince me she could do my hair the way I wanted, very fast and told me I could bring baby with me.
