We had united floors come in during an insurance claim renovation and they blew us out of the water! Quality products, suggestions that fit in our claim budget, constant communication and the installer nearly finished our 1200 square foot basement in a day. Extremely impressed and highly recommend. We will be using them in the future for our upstairs renovations.

I recently renovated my condo in Comox. I was not looking forward to the disruption this would cause. All the flooring had to be updated. This involved removing the laminate and carpets and replacing this with luxury vinyl tile and new carpet. As I initiated this process Mr Justin Rowley of United Floors in Courtenay was helpful.Ms Linzie Heffernan, Interior Designor and Mr Rowley guided my choices. The bedroom and den need a high grade carpet, one that would be soft and yet serviceable. The other areas needed a surface that would show well and be easy to maintain. From the beginning of our floor journey to the end install, United Floors were exceptional. The floors looked better than we could have imagined. The service from the front desk, the person who came over to measure, our sales rep who coordinated the installers were all super nice and always kept us in the loop. Thanks to Justin, Adrian, Steve & Tony. Last but not least, our final bill was little below our initial estimate!
