Experience is great, sometimes we have to wait a little bit and that is okay. I do recommend booking online and checking on Google to see when their slow times are.The hairdressers especially Carrie, Janet and Ben are really wonderful and patient when cutting my boy's hair who is autistic.

I sat there for 45 mins before I was even noticed, even though I had an appointment. Hopefully you don't get the woman who can't seem to take direction on how to cut hair, and also be sociable. Other than that, not that bad of a place to get a cut.

The Thai lady applauded several times is named "Ben" for Benchamat. I agree, she gives a great haircut.What I DO NOT like about First Choice -- and this is not Ben's fault -- is the digital payment system that starts off demanding you pay a tip, and starts at 20% up to 30%. No choice to give the normal 15%. It seems pushy.
