“My last review was 5 years ago AND : still training two days a week.That’s a total of ten years. That surely be enough to witness to the effectiveness of Jared’s training skîlls. For someone who used to find training a chore, after many years disliking the activities dislike has slowly morphed into Enjoyment of my twice weekly gym visits.The gym is small not overwhelming , bright and always spotlessly clean.Jared’s training is compassionate and attentive.“

“I've been going to this gym for 14 months five days a week and have nothing but amazing things to say.- CrossFit, at least here with the Level Method programming, is way different than I expected but in a great way. There is a lot of resistance training with compound and Olympic lifting, it's not just HIIT bootcamp. There is also a clear progression system to track 15 areas of fitness.- Every coach is either educated or highly experienced or both in sports, nutrition, and lifting. The classes are also limited in size so you get personal attention every class to ensure you are using the proper form and avoid injury.- All you have to do is sign up and show up. Get yourself there and the coach takes care of the rest. The workouts scale as you progress so it never gets easier, always pushes you to grow every class.- The community is the gym is great and highly supportive. Everyone is really welcoming and encouraging. I was nervous when I first started as I was doing "easier" workouts than a lot of people. I mentioned this to someone who I considered much more fit and his response pointed out that because of the scaling that the Level Method provides, he was not working out any harder than I was!Try these guys out! I highly recommend getting the five class personal trainer package which also gives you two weeks unlimited classes once you've done your sessions. These five classes help familiarize you with the kinds of exercises you will do and starts you off with a "level" across all 15 disciplines.“

“I am a big fan of companies that show how much they care about their clients, honestly I have been doing CrossFit for 3 months and I already feel part of the family!I really love the variety of workouts and challenges to make the people interested in attending classes, I love the positive energy that everybody has at the gym and love watching myself changing to a better me! Getting stronger and actually seeing the change in my body.Big congratulations to all the hard work you guys do.“
