Katrina made booking easy through email, and was very accommodating of our schedule when we needed to change the appointment date. She was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions.Pete (the plumber) was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and skilled. We needed a toilet repair that a different company had not resolved after a couple of service visits. Pete diagnosed the issue right away and corrected it. He was also able to answer the questions we had about our hot water tank.Dale's Plumbing has been used by our neighbors (townhouse complex) and came highly recommended. The switch to Dale’s was worth it and we will use them again in the future.

We just wanted to thank you for the fantastic job your company did on our poly B removal Sept 2023. You were very informative when you did our quote and explaining how you figured the job would be done. Joe and Rachelle were very professional and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with how Joe was always looking for the best way to proceed with the job with the least destruction to to our home. They also were very tidy and drywall cuts were very precise which really helped drywall repairs.Thanks for arranging drywall repairs with Al Swanson. WOW!!!! We had an outdoor leak which had to be addressed quickly since the water bills were going through the roof. Hiring Dale's Plumbing was definitely the right call.From the very first appointment to the work being completed, everything was done as recommended with great professionalism and accuracy. The guys all worked together very smoothly, couldn't ask for a better team.
