“My last review was 5 years ago AND : still training two days a week.That’s a total of ten years. That surely be enough to witness to the effectiveness of Jared’s training skîlls. For someone who used to find training a chore, after many years disliking the activities dislike has slowly morphed into Enjoyment of my twice weekly gym visits.The gym is small not overwhelming , bright and always spotlessly clean.Jared’s training is compassionate and attentive.“

“I highly recommend nik as your therapist. He is very skilled, has a great bedside personality and above he cares about his clients. If you want deep tissue he's definately your man but he can be gentle if you ask.I'm going to miss him in victoria. He'll be hard to replace. Good luck nik.“
