I can't say enough good things about Theo from VentAir. VentAir came recommended to us by a good friend who had VentAir install an HVAC system. Just over a year ago Theo assessed our heating and cooling needs and recommended a system that would meet our needs and his team installed it. The new HVAC system worked really well and up until a month ago, it ran great. We had an issue that occurred the day before my wife and I left for a month long vacation. I contacted Theo the night before we left and he was at our home the next morning at 6am to see what was happening. He assured me that he would get a technician out as quickly as he could. Theo went out of his way to help us from the moment we called about our heat pump. He quickly had Dan out to identify the issue and came back to complete the repair next day. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and patient with the barrage of questions from a first time heat pump owner. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that communicates clearly, and deals with you honestly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
