Took my pup here a few days before Christmas. It was SO easy to make an appointment online. The staff was so sweet, my dog is 15lbs and they said it would take about an hour, and it took exactly an hour. His cut looks so good I couldn’t be happier! And it was VERY well priced.

I decided to try this groomer out. When calling for an appointment, they informed me it would take a maximum of 2 hours. I had scheduled the appointment for 8:30 on a Saturday. I made sure to organize my day so I could have enough time to pick up and drop my dog off. I dropped my dog off at 8:30 and was informed that my groomer wasn't there yet. I left my dog and went home.After calling at 11:30 (3 hours later), I was told "He has 30-45 minutes left. Oh wait, Zeus is done now." I hung up and headed over. After getting there, the font desk guy told me "No I told you 30-45 minutes." Which makes no sense because he just said he was done. Whatever, I finished my errands and...read full review
