We brought our Samson for his first ever grooming . He is 10 years old and HATES baths. They did such a wonderful job with Samson and he seemed so happy when we picked him up !!! He smelled and felt so good !! We will now be back monthly for a grooming !! Everyone here was nice and friendly and Sarah who groomed him was such a delightful person to deal with and Sam seemed to just love her !! We dont live in Tucson but in Cochise near the Dragoon Mountains and its definitely worth the drive to have Sarah groom our boy Sam . THANK YOU so very much for taking care of our Samson !! ❤️❤️
Darla was so kind and helpful with my German Shepard girl named Ella Nicole. We are from out of town and had evening events to attend which were not pet friendly. Balboa’s Bed and Biscuit was over the top the best option. And Ella’s exit grooming left her fur lusciously soft. Definitely would recommend to all friends and family who visit Tucson . We love Balboa's! We have 2 Frenchtons and they can be a handful sometimes but they did great at Balboa's. They received great care, individual attention and we had peace of mind! We will definitely be using them in the future. 😊
