Boarded one of my cats here for a full workday because my apartment was getting a pest control treatment. While this location was more expensive than using something like Rover, the level of attention given to your pet here is unmatched and I felt like my cat was 100% safe in their care (probably even safer than at home with me if we're being honest!). The staff is helpful, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about pets; you can tell they take their job very seriously. I would definitely recommend this boarding facility to anyone with a special needs cat or a senior cat.
They did a great job caring for my 2 large barn cats. I boarded my cats for my holiday trip to the grandkids. Even though I booked in November, everyone was full. I am so grateful they kept me on a waiting list and called me back.
This place is great. First, I used the emergency hospital for mo when she was bit from a rattler they saved her life! Then, I started using the resort part when I went on business trips affordable safe.
