Rabbit Hyzen was not eating as enthusiastically as usual, no other symptoms. I was taken seriously, Hyzen was gently examined, problem diagnosed, and treatment rapidly scheduled The vet was awesome with Hyzen, who is very stressed away from home and partucularly at vets. Checked her all over, not just what I suspected Gentle and complete exam with very frightened rabbit!
Vets & staff have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. They are compassionate & willing to go extra mile to get information I need. They've provided excellent care of my bearded dragon & got her diagnosed & on proper medication. Honestly I can't name one person in particular because all the staff from front desk, vet techs & vet have all been great and all are very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable & I appreciate everyone in the office & so does my bearded dragon peaches. Their empathy for my situation with my bearded dragons diagnosis & keeping me informed & also squeezing me in at end of the day to help my bearded dragon
The hospital staff were able to get me in the same day and were very helpful and took great care of care of my bearded dragon. The veterinarian and vet tech who worked with Smaug were both amazing and very helpful. They saved my dragon from his misery! Thank you so much! My dragons eyes looked better at the end of the appointment, they helped me find an eye drop that was affordable and spent a significant amount of time talking with me and answering my questions. My dragon is feeling a lot better today- yay! I also appreciate that I was able to make a same day appointment.
