Mayitos Roofing just completed a complete overhaul of our concrete tile, pitched roof. Our job was complicated because we have solar panels. No problem, their sub contractor removed the panels and re-installed quickly and efficiently, and the cost for this service was included in the estimate, and the pricing was fair and reasonable for everything done.
What sold us on Mayitos Roofing was the long term experience of the owner, the competitiveness of the bid and the annual inspection of the work.
The crew was polite and incredibly hard working. The site was quickly cleaned each day and at the end of the job.
Kudos to Mario Yanez and his wonderful family and co-workers… read full review

Replacing underlayment on 25 year old tile roof. Original asphalt paper had become brittle and leaking was evident. Replaced with Polyglass TU Max. Several broken tiles were replaced as part of installation.
