Replacing underlayment on 25 year old tile roof. Original asphalt paper had become brittle and leaking was evident. Replaced with Polyglass TU Max. Several broken tiles were replaced as part of installation.
Crew showed up on designated day and continued each of the 7 days for the installation. Very hard working crew! Each day as work wrapped up, any exposed roof was covered and area on ground was cleaned of any debris. A trailer skip was used and taken away at end of each day to dump debris accumulated from the day’s work.
