Mario inspected our roof and quoted us a very fair price. They arrived on the day he said and over the next week and a half removed all our tile and underlayment and repaired a few problem areas and replaced some facia boards. They replaced all the metal flashing and valleys. The new underlayment was top quality and an upgrade when quoted by others but standard for Myitos Roofing.They replaced tiles where necessary. The reinstalled all tiles and provided some hard to find edge barrels that were an exact match. Mario and crew made sure that we were completely happy before ,during and at the finish of the job all at the agreed price.Great experience would recommend to others.

Had my roof replaced by this company earlier in the year and they did a great job. Value wise from start to finish it took them three days and the price was middle of the road. I didn't realize my skylight was damaged and they replaced the plastic housing for me. They did a really good clean up and so far I am satisfied. Before choosing some company out of Phoenix or San Diego I would recommend going with a local contractor. The reviews speak for themself.

We sustained significant damage from a microburst storm this past summer. We called for 7 bids for repair or replacement, hoping for just a repair. Because of the age of our roof(20+ years), all recommendations were for replacement. Bid ranges were from 10K - 48K. We chose Mayitos Roofing for multiple reasons. Mario said nothing negative about the competitors. He explained the work in detail, answering all of our questions. He brought, in person, the contract, exactly as we all had agreed.
