Randall Harrison specializes in flat roofs and he did a great job cleaning, sealing and coating our roof. Randall thoroughly explained the work and process necessary to get our roof leak free and sunblocked. After 10 years it was time to coat the roof. We had paid for a 10 year coating and guarantee from another company in 2010. 2 years in we had a leak around a downspout, we called and the business was gone. So it cost more to have someone patch/seal/coat the problem plus repairs to the drywall etc. below the leak.Randall was more expensive, but you get what you pay for, he explained what he was going to do,it included some repairs at downspouts and reattaching drip edges, fixing cracks with membrane and 2 coats of TRC to protect the roof. I am confident that the roof will last and if I call if there is an issue that he would still be in business and deal with any issue...read full review
