“2 years ago I went to Cleanz Medspa in Glendale and had one of the worst experiences in my life that literally left me deformed for 2 years after. I got lip filler and they messed up not once but twice (two different occasions, the last trying to fix the first), and then they refused me dissolver saying it was for medical emergencies only. I spent the last 2 years hiding my smile because I had a hideous lump on my top lip (and several others), that changed my smile entirely and literally stole my confidence. It could have been much worse yes, but was it traumatic for me, 1000%. I hated the way I looked and was terrified to try to find someone else to see if it could be fixed, at the fear that it could be made worse once again. After 2 years, tears, and reservations I found Loreen with New Youth Skincare Lab. Of course with past experiences I had my guard up and was scared but immediately she disarmed me, and I knew I could trust her. Loreen actually took the time to understand my concerns, looked at some photos I sent, and helped me set an appointment to get my lips dissolved the next week. Loreen was genuine, understanding, caring, and her medical background supported my feelings in knowing she could help to fix me. The process itself was way less intense than I anticipated, and I was super pleased with the results. One of the issues I had from the last filler (years past) was that I had a big indent in my upper lip where filler was missed. Loreen was super knowledgeable and proactively shared that it could come back after the filler dissolved and we would address at that time. Unfortunately it did, and she was super quick to bring me back in to discuss next steps. We added a small amount of filler to help bring my lips back to being even, but didn't want to do too much as I wanted to remain natural. I came back one more time to make it perfect, and really I couldn't have had a better experience. Loreen was patient, kind, professional, and just plain good at what she does. She literally gave me back my confidence, and you can't put a price tag on that. 10 out of 10 absolutely recommend, and can't thank Loreen enough.“

The ambiance of the entire building past the vibe check. It was my first time get lip filler. Elise was absolutely wonderful. I will only see her for any cosmetic procedures. Appointments are extremely flexible. No waiting half the year to be seen!!! Prices are reasonable and the point system is a fantastic idea!!
