I've been going to Surprise Hand and Stone for about a year now with a membership. I suffer from chronic neck pain. I used to go to Goodyear, as it's closer. But they had constant turn over and couldn't find a therapist I liked. I see Ronetta at Surprise. She has been with this location for awhile. She remembers my preferences. And also gets the focus area feeling better by the end of our visits. She is constantly making sure you are happy with the pressure and the services you're booked for.

Hand & Stone in surprise if fantastic. I see Morgan weekly and she is incredible. She ensures her room is relaxing and calming. She is very kind and personable and checks in with you periodically to make sure she didn’t miss any trouble spots or if she needs to go back over a spot. Also if you’re a migraine sufferer like I am, her scalp massages are incredible, I haven’t had a severe migraine in the nearly two months that I’ve been seeing Morgan.

I’ve been going to this Hand and Stone location for almost 6 months now and have been thoroughly impressed with the services provided and the professionalism of the staff. While all of my massages have been wonderful, yesterday I received the best massage I’ve ever had here from Sherri! She was incredible and I loved that she ended the massage with a short breathing exercise that left me feeling calm and relaxed. I can’t wait to book with Sherri again soon!
