“After receiving terrible advice from a sallys beauty expert, I had a hair job that was far from what i wanted. It was a big hit to my confidence. When I booked an appointment at Mood Beauty Studio, it was no secret I was nervous when walking in. But almost instantly, I was presented with such a warm and welcoming presence from my assigned stylist, Haley, that brought me out of my shell. To say I am beyond happy with my color correction would be an understatement! Not only was Haley incredibly skilled and knowledged with hair coloring, but she was immensely helpful in providing advice for future reference, such as products to use and mistakes to avoid in the future if doing some at home coloring. Empathetic and understanding, Haley talked me through the best plan to fix my hair to achieve what I wanted, and it came out amazing!!! Not only are you paying for talented work, you are also paying for amazing customer service and inspiring motivation! “Tina has done my nails quite a number of times and I've always been satisfied! Although she knows my go-to, she always suggests other options or additions to make sure I get the best service! I can see how other reviewers can mistake this as her being pushy, but she genuinely wants the best for her clients. She's always ensured that my gel polish is always fully dry and touches up any bumps I've done. She is open to conversation but will leave you be if you seem shy or just not in the mood! Clean space with a plastic shield, hand sanitizer, a sink with soap and paper towels, clean cloth towels, and lotion. Many colors to choose from!“
