“First: Dr Jensen listens. I got this in our first appointment. I was so relieved. He is a humble man and doctor.
Second: He didn't rush into any invasive trial and error treatments. I appreciate this approach. The first thing he taught me was to front load with 16-20oz of water every morning. That makes a huge difference in my energy level for the whole day!
Third: Even though I was not consistent with the use of berberine, he encouraged me to stay steady with it. I will. I also just started hormone therapy. I kid you not, I felt the difference/benefits within the first day!
