I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. Nicole is my PA and she’s truly a professional. I have never experienced any bruising or irritation from her treatments. She’s really great!!! The only complaint i have is the front desk. The blonde has a bit of a chip on her shoulder and doesn’t really make you feel very welcome. She’s not very friendly. I alway feel like I’m bothering her just by asking a question. Even saying hello to her she seems perturbed.
My daughter and I LOVE Nicole Madeira! She is so personable and treats us like family. We drive over 35 miles to come to All Derm and I'm so glad I picked this place! My daughter has been on Accutane for 4 months now and we are all loving her results. Her skin is clearing up and her morale and confidence is also much higher than it was before she started going to Nicole.
Great customer service, got me in within a day and the doctor was super kind, knowledgeable and really seemed genuine. Wasn't expecting to have to do a biopsy but had a wonderful experience for what it was. Both the doctor and assistant walked me through the procedure and made sure I was comfy and understood what was happening the entire time.
