This was my first time at this location. I wasn’t in the store for more than five minutes when a bald-headed employee rushed over and asked if I needed assistance. I wasn’t able to find what I needed, and there he was again waiting at the front entrance as if I were going to steal something. SMH

I had my hair cut by Hermes at the Ulta store in Bell road. He was able to salvage my hair after a really terrible job by someone else. He is an absolute master with the scissors. He will u def stand what it is you want and how to work with the texture of your hair to provide outstanding results. He is at the top of his craft, a true master stylist. Highly recommend.

Went in today to find a product I haven’t been able to find in my shade at other Ultas. The app said they had some but the employees went above and beyond to help me find the product. They were so friendly and helpful! I appreciate how much they made me feel cared for.
