I didn't fully know what I was looking for. This nice girl (black hair w blue), helped me out (give her a raise please 🥺), she helped me figure out makeup wasn't the problem. My skin routine products were. She helped me find some products in my budget and gave me a sample of something that wasn't in my budget (to test what worked on my skin to see if we could get similar results). She was patient, kind and super knowledgeable. I never got her name but she was super sweet and the products are amazing! (they're from The Ordinary and super worth it and affordable). Glad I found something that feels good and feels worth it! 🥰

Omg I drove 45 minutes to this location for a specific shampoo and it wasn’t on the floor when I got there. One of the employees suggested looking at the back wall only to find nothing 😩 when I got upfront to pay for a smaller version she said let me check the back real quick! And she returned to the sounds of the Rocky theme holding the shampoo I was looking for 🤩 what an icon!

I got my hair done there today and used their restroom, which is absolutely disgusting! Do better! The front of the store looks immaculate and then you go to back to use the bathroom and it’s nasty!
