“This is a fake "insurance" scam! They are not an insurance company but a group that "tries" to locate "cheap" services for their members. I pay nearly $200 a month for this scam, and they never cover the costs associated with your services. I was sent to collections for a procedure that they claimed was taken care of two years ago but now claim they denied coverage, and they never even told me they denied it. Two years later and I'm getting collection calls and letters for $1440.00. When I contacted Redirect Health, they said "We denied your claim," and that was two years ago and no one even told me they denied it. I contacted them when I first received the statement, and they called and said everything was taken care of, and now two years later, I'm getting collections calls and letters. RedirectHealth is a scam! Don't use them, and if your employees uses them, quit and find a better job with better benefits. I will be contacting an attorney due to this negligence and the emotional and psychological distress this as caused.“

“Would recommend this place to everyone! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me when I was in the biggest amount of pain and their comprehensive treatment plans helped me get back to normal.“

“I found this clinic through my insurance app. My first visit last week was great! Lori was awesome! They talked to me about what kind of treatments they do. They took an Xray of my entire back as I have cervical spinal stenosis as well as a bulging disc in my lumbar, on top of having fibromyalgia. The X-rays showed possible scoliosis. The treatment is very invasive & I’m totally willing to do it. However, upon checking with my insurance, they will not cover the clinic’s physical therapy treatment as the clinic does not have a licensed physical therapist. Therefore, I’m not able to receive treatment. My husband lost his job 2 weeks before Christmas last year & the unemployment system is screwed up. Therefore we have no income & cannot afford any out of pocket expenses right now. As a side note, not sure how the clinic can run or even stay in business without a licensed physical therapist!“

“Hands down one of the best chiropractic clinics I’ve been too, and I have experienced multiple clinics over fifteen years. The staff is very professional and kind. There is a public bathroom while you wait for your adjustment too, so that’s a bonus! The hours are very convenient and walk-in treatment is great! Depending on when you arrive you will receive care typically in a timely manner right when they re-open @ 2:45 (I haven’t gone in the morning). Wait time is possibly longer, as it does vary, so you have to add extra time if you’re busy that day (this might be a downside for some people). Every chiropractor that I have seen has been very helpful and efficient with their knowledge and care, even providing at-home tips! I also really appreciate that there are two locations so close to my home and multiple locations I can visit if I’m traveling. If you need to go more than once a month, signing up for the Wellness Program is very affordable and still allows for a flexible schedule. It is automatically deducted from your HSA or bank account, which makes it convenient.“

“Oh my, I think I found my new home! I have been dealing with a HORRIBLE neck pain for about 3 weeks now after throwing the football with a neighbor kid. It hurt so bad I could barely pick my head up off the pillow.

I have gone to several chiropractors and no relief until today! I explained what has been going on, how it even hurt to the point I felt like I had an ear infections.
