My gut issues had gotten bad, I was in pain frequently and couldn’t eat much without having side effects. I was desperate and I knew I needed to do my gut liver / gallbladder detox / cleanse again! I found Healing of the Body and Mind and quickly scheduled the two colonic appointments they suggest (to open up the detox pathways) with Erica, I also scheduled a Foot Detox Bath right before a colonic, so I can detox even further. I also did a lymphatic massage with Kasia; anything that would help me reset and jumpstart into my detox/cleanse/healing again.

There is a HUGE difference from seeing a Colonic Therapist for a closed-colonic-system session to sit with you and walk you through the entire session quite literally being your mental and physical Healing Coach/Supporter through it all, than sitting in a room alone through a colonic session with an open-system. I am extremely grateful for Erica!!! She is definitely my person and my new healing buddy!! I did my 8 day Fasting / Liver / Gall Bladder flush/detox/cleanse with her and I am also scheduling my maintenance sessions with her in between my longer detox/cleanses, so I don’t let my gut issues get to that bad point again. Erica is definitely the person to see and walk you through your colonic sessions and gut cleanses with TLC!

After riding heavy miles on road bikes for the last 11 years I had hip flexor issues and needed help due to severe tightness and pain. I started working with these locations in November working with Sammie several days a week and I am happy to report that I have made great progress and do not experience the same issues as a result of the years of miles on the road.

This is not a quick fix and you will need to be patient and diligent with your appointments but in the end this will be successful if you are willing to put in the time and effort.

“I didn’t really have a good first experience here since I tweaked my back and added cupping. It was my first time doing cupping so I didn’t really know what to expect but it felt like the cups were just placed on my back and that was it. After my massage was cut 15 minutes short for whatever reason, the front desk gave me another free visit with cupping to make up for it. This was going to be the last time I ever tried cupping since the first time didn’t really feel like anything. This time I had Marissa and everything changed. My cupping experience was amazing and she listened to all my concerns and got right to work. She also educated me on what the cupping should feel like during the session as well as after.
