The front staff are professional, but kind. They communicate via text / email of appointments and when needed call directly if there is a need to reschedule. They are also great with knowing each therapist's strengths - I have gone to different therapists for different reasons and the front staff know exactly what you need (as long as you communicate!)
The therapists listen and adjust when needed.
Manny has been my go to therapist for all the needed sports / chronic injuries I seem to collect. He is very knowledgeable and will give a lot of advice on how to help stretch out those areas.
