“Karl is perhaps the most knowledgable and honorable AC/Heating professional you'll ever come across. He's supported our systems for at least 10 years now and has always provided practical solutions to each problem. My latest issue was our main 5-ton system struggling to keep temps down during our cooker months in the summer. We had a leak in the coolant line that he addressed and got the charge back to normal. The system was 16 years old, however, so while his fix got me through the summer season, he made a plan to replace my system during the winter, which we just did. “In midst of summer heat, AC wasn't blowing cool air. Called CW Air Conditioning, they were able to come the same day, but we scheduled 2 days later. Chris informed me that refrigerant was low, may have a leak. Sure enough, a few weeks later, AC wasn't cooling. Chris explained that he could fix the leak, but since the unit is 10 yrs old, I decided not to spend the money to repair it, and had a new unit installed, now I have a ten year warranty.
