Had a small leak in my laundry room. Plumbing & AC Medic was able to come out within 24hrs to diagnose & repair. Had some other issues that were noticed and repaired as well. Satisfied and helpful that they warranty their work.
I contacted Plumbing and AC Medic to request a service call for my water softener and reverse osmosis systems. They were able to send a technician out that same afternoon. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, providing me with a much better understanding of how my systems worked and how I could keep them in tip top shape. He replaced my RO filters and shared a lot of suggestions that I will be following. I was 100% satisfied with everything about this service call, including the cost.
David was awesome!He arrived and once I told him what my issue was, he got right to work.I even went up on the roof with him and he explained how the system went and then figured out the problem. He then went above and beyond in making sure my system was clean and everything was operating at maxpower.He also took his time to answer any questions I had, and I never felt rushed by the answers.You never know who you're going to get on these calls, but I was glad it was him.Now myself and my dogs are enjoying the AC after 2 days without it!!Maria was also great in keeping me informed every step along the way.
