Dan took great care of me and my family. After calling Old Republic to request service to have Sensible come out to fix my heater he noticed that the previous company that was here in May did some shady repairs. He contacted Old Republic of his findings and they authorized him to fix things properly. He was very pleasant and friendly to work with. I would recommend them. It's hard to find honest companies these days and sensible is very honest and pleasant to work with.
