The massage is always amazing and a good value for the price. I have had a few times when it was challenging to get an appointment at a time and day that works for me, otherwise everything is very satisfactory

It was my 1st ever professional massage. John was great. There are no issues with John or my massage. But I was not impressed with the dress code that one of the receptionists was wearing. It kind of made me feel like I was at a strip club rather than a massage place. Element massage, please make sure your staff are dressed appropriately to be a receptionist. That was not appealing to a 1st time customer.

My husband and I both got our massages at the Desert Ridge location. This was our first time going to Elements. I don't know how we could ever go anywhere else!I have only had a couple massages previously but can definitely tell the difference.My husband had JW and in his words "I was laughing while he was doing the deep tissue because it hurt so bad but was so great!". He felt like a new man after this and states he never wants to go to anyone else.Highly recommend!
