I have had several energy healing sessions with Shelia and as a healing practitioner myself I understand the importance of trust and emotional and physical safety in any therapeutic process and I most certainly got that with Shelia. She is a kind, heartfelt, and knowledgeable person who is committed to helping you achieve your wellness goals. This was my first time seeing Shelia and I can see why she has such great reviews from others. Her in-home space is extremely welcoming and has a very calm energy.
