Responsive, trustworthy, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Honestly a gem! We had a very odd situation and they were so helpful even when we had questions months later on recommendations!I cannot recommend them enough!

We used this company for our downstairs bedroom that unfortunately experienced a leak in the drywall. This company did an amazing job restoring the room to an even better state! Each subcontractor that was referred to us by Restore Master (Nasur) - drywall repair, painting, baseboards/door trim, carpet - were all 5 stars. We had our room all fixed up in less than a month which is unheard of in this type of business. Restore Master made a "not so fun" situation into something rather enjoyable! Recently we experienced an issue with our HVAC system resulting in water damage to hallway, walls and flooring. We turned to State Farm our insurance carrier, in particular Amber Willis (Claims Specialist), who guided us through the process step-by-step. State Farm recommended Restore Master. Immediately the staff at Restore Master headed up by Dan Marks, came to our residence to assess and evaluate the issue. We were contacted by Shelby Cain (RM) who communicated the entire process and was essential in ensuring repairs etc. were scheduled and staffed. A true pleasure to work with throughout!
