“2 weeks ago, my RO water line to my fridge came loose and was spraying water everywhere. It was happening for about 30 minutes before I was notified of it. I was able to get the water up with a shop vac and towels. Then I started using all fans in the house to attempt to dry the area the water had reached. I noticed that water was starting to come up through the LVP flooring I have in the affected area. I immediately called Omar and explained what had happened and what we had done so far. Within an hour, I had someone from his company at my house. He walked me through the house with his thermal imaging tool, showing me where moisture had accumulated. He even checked two other rooms on the other side of walls were the water had gone. I had checked those rooms and didn't feel any wetness in the carpet in those rooms. But there was still wetness that happening. They immediately placed fans throughout the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms that shared a wall with the back of the fridge. They also set up a dehumidifier in the kitchen as well. This was late in the afternoon on Friday. We were leaving for vacation the following morning. With Omar's quick reaction, my wife and I were still able to go on vacation. We let the fans run throughout the weekend. On the following Monday, VizCom came back and did readings again. Everything had dried out and there was no lasting damage.
