When doing done home renovations on our newly purchased home, we came across some areas showing moisture and rot in the walls. Gateway Restoration was super responsive, and easy to work with, sending a tech out the very next day to investigate. Even though we only saw a couple of problem spots, he made sure to use his equipment to scan the whole house for any other evidence of moisture damage. Water leak. My husband and I were out of the country when our house sitter noticed water leaking from our entryway ceiling. One call to Gateway and Danjee was there in no time. He found the leaking water sofener pipe in our wall and he took care of everything. The put back team was professional and did great work. Hopefully you don't need services like this, because none of us want to have the need for a restoration project, but I definitely would recommend them to take care of you in whatever restoration need you might find yourself. While doing some home renovations, we found some mold and rot in a couple of places in our walls. Gateway was very responsive and came the very next day to check for any extra moisture in the walls and clean the existing mold to stop it from spreading. They made what could have been a setback in our restoration timeline quick and painless. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with restoration needs.
