My experience with PHR exceeded my expectations. From the initial meeting to the final walk through, there was always clear communication. I traveled quite a bit during the remodel and everyday they took pics of the progress and posted it to their portal. They also had great solutions to our floor plan. They followed through on their timeline with no delays! We love the work that was done in our primary bathroom! We would highly recommend them and would use them again.
Phoenix Home Remodeling did an amazing job remodeling both of our bathrooms. We were nervous since this was our first major remodeling project, however PHR made it very easy. The communication is exceptional so we felt comfortable every step of the way. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. They showed up on time every single day. We appreciated the help with design and material selection to fit our budget. There were no surprise costs. The workmanship and vendors they use are the best. Our tile work is flawless. We will definitely use them for our next home remodeling project and would highly recommend them.
