“No phone call to say I needed more materials than initially estimated, estimator said I would receive photos of the job throughout the process (never happened), concrete mix left in the front yard, nails and tacs left all throughout my driveway, had my son go up into our attic to check out the job- they left scrap plywood EVERYWHERE, and even left a huge chunk of scrap plywood on top of the flexible duct work coming out of my air handler.Haven't heard a thing from them after the job except for what I owe. Maybe my job was too small for them to care about, but this was REAL MONEY used to pay for this job and not credit card money. Maybe this is why they changed the name from Integrity to Payne... Because they've lost integrity and everything is a pain now.UPDATE: A supervisor called me to say he was coming out to address my concerns. And a new invoice has been issued that correlates with the scope of work done. Why couldn't it just be like this the first time?“
