“Mr. Bobbie absolutely saved us! Our air was completely out and it was 84 degrees inside our house with extreme heat advisories. We literally wouldn’t have been able to sleep in our home tonight if Bobbie hadn’t offered to come out at the end of a long day of service calls in another town. He even got rained on and had to stop at home to change clothes. But he still came out at 8:30pm and got our AC fixed. “Eric and his staff are top notch. From the time I called explaining my issues, they were willing to help as soon as possible. A tech came out and tried fixing the issue but we ended up needing a full system replacement and they were able to get us a great deal on both an indoor and outdoor unit. Their pricing beat out a few other local companies that we got quotes from, beating some by $1000s. They understood being without air in Alabama during the month of June is not fun and got our replacements in just a couple of days. Golden and JT came out as early as they could the day of the replacement. They were very friendly and professional throughout the entire day. They uninstalled the old system and got the new system up and running in just a few hours.“
