Fast forward 6mon & they were out here doing regular check ups on our system. No money could pay for customer care like this!!!“

“If you want quality and quick service in north alabama, call JC Hamm and Sons. I called and they said they were a little backed up but they would be out within 2 days. 36 hours later the technician is calling ready to fix my unit. He arrives and within an hour he finds the problem and fixes it within another hour. My heat is now working great and it was a cheap fix. Thanks to technician Dallas and JC Hamm and sons for the quick and reliable service. I will definitely be calling you for future hvac problems.“

“We took them up on their $49 Summer Tune Up. The technician was on time, courteous, and did a great job overall. Even ran into an unforeseen problem as he was finishing up the cleaning of the outdoor unit as the breaker began arcing and smoking when he flipped the power back on. He acted quickly and expertly to disconnect the power, diagnose the issue, and replace the now damaged breaker in a short order. He proved himself not just knowledgeable but also very capable and he took pride in doing a good, clean, and professional job. I would recommend to anyone!“

“Kept getting weird smells in my vents accompanied by strange noises. Called and scheduled an appointment, when they looked in the ducts they found a family of raccoons had moved in. After a hard fought battle they evicted them. One guy got a finger bit off and one of the raccoons died. They were kind enough to leave it for me to eat for supper. Highly recommend“
