Jeremy was professional and informative. This is the second time Jeremy has been in to repair an appliance. He called and came as scheduled and cleaned his work area. I highly recommend Lovelace Repair and Jeremy as well!!

Lovelace never gave up on us! Warranty company kept giving us the run around and they easily could of said screw it but didn’t! They communicated with my husband and I very well on everything and Chris was our technician he was professional, honest, dependable etc. with our entire experience definitely recommend them for any ac/heating issues you have forget the warranty companies just call Lovelace directly. Our warranty company scheduled an appointment with Lovelace Services for tomorrow (8/24/2023). Chris called today (8/23/2023) stating that he was in the area and could work on our system when he finished with the call he was currently working. As promised, he called to give us a heads up that he was on his way. He was courteous and professional. Got right to work and found that 2 capacitors had blown. He hooked everything up to monitor the system and noted that the fan wasn't moving as fast as it should have been.
