Marshall came out and determined our ducts (original to our 2008 house) weren't routed for peak efficiency and performance. He provided a fast, accurate, affordable quote. Victoria reached out to us to coordinate and schedule a full-duct replacement for our whole home utilizing our existing heat pump and condenser. She did an excellent job and communicated clearly, effectively, and quickly. Mr. Booker mapped our entire house and redesigned the ducts to provide our unit with the optimal flow and position of our heatpump. He was informative, professional, and very polite! Working around our busy work schedules, Greg, Austin, Ty, Judd, and Zander worked extremely hard. They were courteous, professional, polite, and had an enduring positive attitude! They were in a hot attic (easily 130F+) for 8-9 hours continuously for 3 days, and they were always smiling and happy to be doing their extremely difficult and uncomfortable work. When they were done, they cleaned every surface they touched until it was perfect and would not leave until every speck of debris was removed from inside and outside of our house. From start to finish, Conditioned Air really stepped up and made our experience pleasant and painless. We will only trust Conditioned Air Solutions with all of our HVAC needs from now on.
