When we wanted to make sure our HAVC system was winter ready we called them again. This time a young man named Carlos showed up. He was also very friendly and professional. He explained what he did and assured us our system is good to go. It is a pleasure working with this group of professionals and I'm sure we will use them again should the need arise. “We needed a new HVAC unit and Rise came out quickly. The unit was replaced and there were a few small hiccups at first, but they came right out to fix the issues. When we need our other one replaced, I know it will be Rise Heat and Air that we call!“
“Technicians were called to check system as it was not responding . Conducted a semi annual inspection of HVAC and found multiple issues that needed to fixed. Was aware system was needing replacement and decided to proceed instead of costly repairs. Technicians were able to replace the entire unit with a Trane the next business day. Great job, efficient and professional. Highly recommend. New HVAC is awesome. Quite and efficient. Somewhat costly but has 10 year warranty and expectations are it will outlive it's warranty.“
